  • Can I have delivery instead of my items being shipped?
    When possible we are happy to arrange for pick up for free OR deliver in the greater Tampa Bay Florida area for the same price as the shipping fee. Pick up options include Zephyrhills (Pasco) and sometimes Carrollwood or Temple Terrace (Hillsborough) areas. Delivery includes Pasco County, northern Hillsborough County, and northwest Polk County. If you are close to any of those areas reach out and let's see if we can find a solution that works for both of us.
  • When will you be shipping plants?
    Thanks for your interest! Our plant accessories can be shipped to all US states and we can now ship plants to all US states except California, Arizona, Texas, and Louisiana. Sign up for our mailing list to stay up to date on all our latest news.
  • When will my plants be delivered?
    We only ship early in the week so plants don't sit in the post office over the weekend. We use USPS Priority to get them to you quickly. Please contact us via email before you place an order if you have any questions or concerns. Weather may have a factor on how soon plants will go out please check your emails for communications from us concerning your order. Thanks!
  • What if you don't have a plant listed that I want?
    We are adding to our collections and even have some plants being propagated but they aren't yet ready for their new home. We'd love to hear from you to see if we can get what you want if it's not already coming soon. Simply email us at BotanicOasisCo@gmail.com with all the details.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
